Just like the days gone by of the Stinson School of Flying, the tradition continues at the airfield. Within the San Antonio area, there are a couple of organizations that can inspire young students to request and participate in aeronautic experiences that can lead in the pursuit of a career in aviation. Stinson Field participates in the aeronautic education of many individuals that are sometimes getting their pilots license before they learn to drive, it happens around the world, and you can do the same with perseverance, dedication, and self discipline to achieve your goals. Young Free Eagles Plan

The ACE Academy in San Antonio is a great way to gain exposer to aviation. Sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration, the ACE summer camp can be exciting!
