LARRY E. NOLL was born on June 6, 1945. He was raised in San Antonio, Texas, where he attended Holy Cross High School. In 1967, he earned an undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University. After military service in Vietnam during 1967-1970 he began law school at St. Mary’s University and completed aa J.D. in December 1973. Certified in Family and Residential Estate Law, Noll’s most recognized cases related to Family custody and divorce proceedings. Noll was elected Justice of the Peace in Precinct 2, Bexar County (1982-1984) and served as a Municipal Judge in Leon Valley, Texas (1997 to 1998). In 2006, he won election as a judge of the 408th Texas District Court, where he served until 2016.

Judge Noll served with the Bexar County Juvenile Board, the District Court Child Support Oversight Committee, the Community Justice Program, and the San Antonio Bar Association. He has also been active with his Alma Mater as a member of the St. Mary’s University Athletic Association, St. Mary’s Athletic Hall of Fame, and president of the St. Mary’s Alumni Association in 1982.
